Introduction

Winff is included in Ubuntu. Just search for it in your favorite package manager and install from there. ONLY if you want faster update or newer versions, our Ubuntu packages are available at http://winff.org/ and at my Personal Package Archive (PPA) provided by Launchpad.
Also a fuller featured ffmpeg is available via Medibuntu for Lucid, Maverick and Natty users (via lib*-extra-* packages).

The Ubuntu repositories come in two flavors. We provide our repository at http://winff.org or you can use the repository at Launchpad. We prefer the later.

How do I use software from a PPA?

To start installing and using software from a Personal Package Archive, you first need to tell Ubuntu where to find the PPA.
Step 1: Open a terminal and enter:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:paul-climbing/ppa

Your system will now fetch the PPA's key. This enables your Ubuntu system to verify that the packages in the PPA have not been interfered with since they were built.
Step 2: Now, as a one-off, you should tell your system to pull down the latest list of software from each archive it knows about, including the PPA you just added:

sudo apt-get update

Now you're ready to start installing software from the PPA!
Step 3: You can now install WinFF directly by running:

sudo apt-get install winff

Step 4 (optional): Install the unstripped version of ffmpeg:

sudo apt-get install libavcodec-extra-53

Warning non standard ffmpeg

If you don't run the standard Ubuntu ffmpeg and want to make use of the more extended original set of presets, please read the README.Debian (1) after installation. If you find that your presets don't work, try the other presets files that are available here.
In order to use an other presets file than supplied with the package you might need to remove the old preset file in ~/.winff/presets.xml , but by doing that you will also remove self-made presets. So if you made or edited the presets, you want to compare the files manually.

Ubuntu contains a pretty complete ffmpeg already, but you probably want to have the 'unstripped' versions of several libraries. You can install them directly: libavcodec-extra-53, libavutil-extra-51 and libavformat-extra-53 from the multiverse repository. For AAC support you should install the Medibuntu version of ffmpeg, (see the Medibuntu wiki). The full explanation is available at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu.

4- Curlew Multi-Converter:

Curlew is multi-converter tool, it is based on ffmpeg. Curlew is easy to use, free and open-source multimedia converter for Linux. Curlew converter can convert to over 117 different formats. Curlew written in python and GTK3 and it depends on (ffmpeg/avconv, mencoder).

sudo apt-get install python python-gobject gir1.2-gtk-3.0 ffmpeg mencoder libavcodec-extra-53 xdg-utils

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/apps

sudo apt-get update

SEBUAH PRINSIP HIDUP

Kali ini bulan November, saya akan berbagi kepada kalian yang mempunyai prinsip kehidupan. Prinsip adalah hal yang sangat mendasar bagi setiap orang dalam menjalankan semua aktivitasnya. Tanpa disadari hal hal tersebut terbentuk karena lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan kerja, maupun lingkungan persahabatan.

Saya akan mencontohkan orang yang punya prinsip hidup "Berbohong Demi Kebaikan" Tipikal ini sangat lah cerdas karena orang ini berasumsi bahwa semua yang dia lakukan untuk menutupi kesalahan sendiri ataupun kekurangan orang lain adalah semata-mata untuk menghindari pertikaian ataupun "image negative". Ya,,, alih-alih orang ini memakai landasan "positive feeling" adalah cara terbaik agar terhindar dari masalah. Padahal sebenarnya orang yang mempunyai landasan ini masih jauh dari citra baik bagi saya. Mungkin saja orang ini baru saja membaca sebagian bab tentang buku "positive feeling" dan sudah berani berdakwah ke orang lain hahaha. (Khatamkan dulu bro bukunya)

Benar, yang disampaikan Prof. Azril bahwa untuk menjadi pendidik dibutuhkan waktu yang tidak singkat, orang yang baru lulus kuliah sudah berani mendedikasikan diri dan mengikrarkan diri sebagai "kami adalah pendidik" dan berdakwah bahwa tidak pantas seorang pendidik berkata atau mengupdate status buruk di depan umum.

Ditambah lagi orang-orang golongan ini selalu berkoar-koar jadi pegawai tetap sebuah instansi. Apakah pendidik profesional itu bersikap meminta-minta dan menagih agar dirinya diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap? 

Saya rasa orang-orang ini bukan bagian dari seorang pendidik. Lihatlah guru honor yang sudah cukup lama mengabdi di sekolah masing-masing. Apakah mereka berteriak untuk diangkat? Saya rasa mereka menjaga sikap tersebut tidak keluar dari mulutnya. Mereka guru honor yang tangguh, sudah lebih dari 5 tahun mengabdi masih bisa bertahan. Bandingkan dengan orang yang mengaku pendidik atau boleh dikatakan baru masuk atau terjun di dunia pendidikan sudah berani menagih? Hahahaha

Ya kembali ke topik awal. Bagi saya pribadi, Prinsip hidup itu haruslah saling terbuka, tidak menutup-nutupi, saling jujur apa adanya. 

Jangan suka berdalih "ouh... salah pengertian dia hahaha" jika merasa disudutkan. Akui saja kalau memang diri kita punya kesalahan. 

Seperti prinsip orang tua saya :

• Beliau paling benci orang yang suka mengungkit-ungkit kesalahan yang dahulu atau apapun juga.
• Beliau paling benci orang yang selalu menceritakan masalah pribadi demi semata-mata mencari perhatian. 
• Beliau paling benci mengemis atau pun minta belas / rasa kasihan pada orang lain. "Apalagi dikasihani orang lain"
• Beliau paling benci terhadap orang yang selalu pamer informasi ataupun kegiatannya. Apalagi gelarnya haha
