Kualifikasi Peserta LKS Perhotelan

Salam semangat bagi tenaga pendidik seluruh Indonesia.

Kali ini saya akan membahas mengenai sebuah ajang bergengsi di tingkat SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) yaitu LKS (Lomba Kompetensi Siswa). Bisa dikatakan inilah suatu hajatan besar rutin tiap tahun yang selalu diramaikan oleh siswa-siswi berprestasi untuk menunjukkan kemampuan dan keterampilan nya dengan pesaing di tingkat :

1.SMK sendiri,
2.Kabupaten/Kota,
3.Provinsi,
4.Nasional.
5.Rekomendasi ke ASEAN SKILL

Berbagai Bidang Keahlian di lombakan di sini.

Kelompok Teknologi Industri : Autobody Repair, Automobile, Production Machine, Welding, Auto Cad / CADD Building, Computer Aided Drawing and Design (CADD), Graphic Design Technology / Networking Support, IT / Software Application, Electric Installation / Commercial Wiring, Electronic Application, Industrial Control, Mechatronic, Refrigeration, Telecom Distribution Technology, Bricklaying, Carpentry / Cabinet Marking, Plumbing, Wall and Floor Tilling, Joinery, Printing, Chemistry (Kimia Industri), Pharmacy.

Kelompok Pariwisata : Confectioner / Pastry Cook, Cooking, Restaurant Service, Beauty Therapy, Ladies and Men' Hairdressing, Ladies Dressingmaking, Tourist Industry, Hotel Accomodation.

Oleh sebab itu Saya akan membahas mengenai salah satu bidang yang dilombakan. Disamping itu alasan saya membagikan tips adalah karena saya juga dahulu Peserta LKS hingga juara pula (hihihi ga sombong). Sampai saya dipercaya menjadi Pembimbing LKS dari Tahun 2011(ga narsis lho haha).

7.Pengetahuan Teori Room (Pengertian, Steps of Make up Room, Chemical, Cleaning Equipment, Penanganan Lost & Found, Penanganan Kerusakan dalam Kamar (Maintenance)
8.Speed (Kecepatan Bekerja)
9.Accuracy (Ketepatan dan Ketelitian Bekerja)
10.Tidiness (Kerapihan Making The Bed)
11.Preparation (Dusting Trolley, Setup Room Amenties dan Room Supplies)
12.Process (Knock The Door, Open The Door, Check Lamp, AC, TV, Minibar, Open Curtain & Window, Stripping Rubbish, Put Room Service Tool (Tea Cup, Tea Saucer, Tea Spoon) to Wash basin, Put Carry Caddy to Bathroom and Flushing then Pour Chemical to Toilet Bowl, Stripping Bed Linen, Making The Bed, Wash The Bathtub and Wall with Sponge then Dry it,  Glass Wiping and Wash The Room Service Tool and Wash Basin then Dry it, Wash The Toilet Bowl with Toilet Bowl Brush with Hand Gloves then wash the water tank, toilet cover, toilet seat, toilet surface then dry it, Change Toilet Linen (Bath Towel, Hand Towel, Face Towel, Bath Mat), Replenish Toilet Amenities. Mop with Floor Cloth. Dusting the Furniture clockwise, Replenish Room Supplies, Vacuum The Carpet / Sweeping and Moping The Floor,  Final Check (Check AC, TV,  Minibar, Safe Deposit Box), Close Window & Curtain, Give Air freshener, Close The Door, Fill up Roomboy Control Sheet,
13.Storing (Put the Dirty Linen to Linen Office, Put The Rubbish to Garbage bin, Put the room amenities and room supplies back and Dusting The Trolley.
